Matt Golinski to prepare charity dinner at Winton Outback Festival
Highly regarded chef Matt Golinski will be coming to Winton to join the Outback Festival celebrations and prepare a three-course dinner for guests attending the 2019 Sunset Extravaganza charity dinner, an exclusive evening event dining under the stars in aid of the Royal Flying Doctor Service.
Held on Thursday September 26, the Sunset Extravaganza Dinner black tie charity event will held on the Winton Airport tarmac, where guests will enjoy live entertainment, a three-course dinner prepared by Matt Golinski and take part in a live charity auction in support of the festival’s nominated charity, the RFDS.
An original team members of the Ready Steady Cook TV show, Golinski has been executive chef at some of Queensland’s leading restaurants. Based on the Sunshine Coast, Golinski works as a consulting chef to restaurants on the coast.
