Bunya nuts featured on front cover of the Journal of Food Science!
We’re excited to see the work of Uniquely Australian Foods’ PhD candidate Jaqueline Moura Nadolny featured this month on the cover of the Journal of Food Science.
Jackie’s paper offers a summary of some of her early PhD work, investigating and characterising the sensory properties of bunya nuts sourced from different locations in Australia and in contrast to a more globally recognised nut (the chestnut).
