Love Science? Love Food?  Join us for an event at the intersection 

To launch this year’s National Science Week in Queensland, we are inviting you to join us for a delectable evening that will not only feed your brain but fill your stomach too! Our panel of scientists will discuss how cutting-edge science is creating the food of the future.  The line-up promises to be as enlightening as it is fun.

Hosted by  ABC-TV’s Landline’s Pip Courtney, we kick off with a conversation starter by the Queensland Chief Scientist, Professor Hugh Possingham.  We will then be treated to a punchy panel session with some of the bright minds dedicated to creating the foods of tomorrow –with technologies all the way through the value chain – from the paddock to the palate. There will also be food-related stands where you can talk to people about the latest and emerging technologies in the field before and after the panel discussion. 

Event Cost: $35.00

The ticket price includes nibbles and a drink on arrival.
