Selina Fyfe
Selina Fyfe is a PhD candidate studying ‘Characterising the potential of the green plum (Buchanania obovata) as a native Australian fruit’. She was a medical scientist before changing to food science. She has a Bachelor of Applied Science (Medical Science) from QUT, a Grad Dip Div from ACT, a Master of Public Health from JCU and a Master of Food Science and Technology from UQ
