The Australian Institute of Food Science and Technology (AIFST) is Australia’s premier, member-based institute representing food scientists and technologists., with a mission to advance and inspire al food sector professionals through education, collaboration and recognition to champion a robust, innovative science based Australian food industry to meet future food needs.

This year’s event will be held over 2 days in Sydney’s Olympic Park.
