Who We Are

Who we are

The University of Queensland-led Australian Research Council (ARC) Industrial Transformation Training Centre for Uniquely Australian Foods is made up of chief investigators, international collaborators, industry partners as well as technical and postdoctoral staff and students. Critically, the Training Centre is also supported by a number of native foods enterprises, led by a First Nations Enterprise Group, and advised in best-practice collaboration by a First Nations Advisory Group, all of whom are closely linked to centre projects and outcomes.
