Gengning Chen
Gengning is a PhD student at the Centre for Nutrition and Food Sciences, Queensland Alliance for Agriculture and Food Innovation, University of Queensland.
She was born in China and came to Australia to pursue her master’s degree in Food Science and Technology. After graduation, she worked at Tyson Australia as a food technologist for a while.
Her current research project is part of the ARC ITTC for Uniquely Australian Foods and focuses on the nutritional quality and food functionality of Burdekin plum.
