Bioeconomic model for Australian native foods

A model is needed to evaluate the benefit of developing a new Indigenous botanical commercial opportunity.  The model should be based on a new value paradigm (not purely cost-benefit), where business decisions can be made based on benefits to communities based around Indigenous values (e.g. health, happiness, culture, education…).  The target would be a values based design model, such as a stage-gate evaluation process, for developing a new industry.
